Roblox item values, RAP & what they mean

RAP is an item’s recent average price from its actual Roblox sales, so it lags a fast-moving market. A community value, like the one Rolimons publishes, is an estimate of what a limited really trades for right now. The BetterBLOX Roblox value tools put RAP and the direction it’s been moving next to every limited across the site, so you know where something stands before you buy, sell or trade.

RAP and its trend, everywhere you look

BetterBLOX puts RAP and its recent direction next to every limited: on item pages, in the catalog, across inventories and inside the trade window. There's no more copy-pasting item names into a separate calculator; the numbers you need are right where the items are.

On every item page

Open any limited and its RAP sits alongside the Robux price, so you can tell an underpriced deal from an overpriced one immediately.

Price trend

A single number doesn't tell the whole story. BetterBLOX reads an item's own price series and shows whether it's rising, flat or on the way down before you commit.

Projected-value warnings

Items with an artificially inflated value are marked "projected," so a pumped limited can't fool you into overpaying.

Where Rolimons fits

Serious traders price limiteds on community values, and Rolimons is where most of those numbers come from. BetterLauncher reads them in the desktop app. In the browser, the extension prices from Roblox's own resale record instead: RAP on every limited and limited-U, plus the direction that price has been moving.

  • RAP and trend for limiteds and rare items, in place.
  • The numbers sit on the item, so there's nothing to look up by hand.
  • Weighing two offers instead of one item? The trade tools total both sides for you.

Roblox item values FAQ

What's the difference between value and RAP on a Roblox item?

RAP (recent average price) is calculated from an item’s actual recent sales on Roblox, so it lags behind fast-moving markets. Value is a community estimate, such as the one Rolimons publishes, of what a limited is really trading for right now. The BetterBLOX extension shows RAP and the direction that price has been moving on every limited; Rolimons values themselves are read by BetterLauncher, the desktop app.

Where do the Rolimons prices come from?

From the Rolimons community value database, which BetterLauncher reads in the desktop app. They are crowd-sourced estimates, not an official Roblox price, and some items are marked "projected" when their value is being artificially pumped, so treat those with extra caution. In the browser extension you get RAP and price trend from Roblox’s own resale record instead.

How do I see my Roblox net worth?

Open your Roblox profile with the extension active and BetterBLOX rolls your limiteds into a single RAP total. It’s the fastest read on what a collection is worth and which items are carrying it.

Can I check the value of any Roblox item?

Limiteds and collectibles show their RAP — Roblox’s own recent average price — and the direction that price has been moving. Regular catalog items show their normal Robux price. Community-estimated values are read by BetterLauncher, the desktop app, not by the extension.

Do the item value tools cost anything?

No. RAP, price trend and the profile RAP total are all part of the free BetterBLOX extension. Premium ($2.99/month or $19.99/year) unlocks the theming web app and removes the ads in BetterLauncher and BetterStrap. None of these value tools are paywalled.
