Why can't I see last online status?
After installing, wait 5 minutes to 1 hour for the extension to start tracking. It needs time to collect data first.
Can I turn features on or off?
Yes! You can enable or disable any feature in the BetterBLOX settings. Everything is customizable.
Is it free?
Yes. The browser extension and the Windows launcher are free, including the V2 theme. Premium is optional — it unlocks the full theming web app, removes launcher ads, and adds profile, item & trade tools.
What browsers work with BetterBLOX?
Chrome, Edge, and Firefox are fully supported. Other Chromium browsers (like Brave or Opera) can install it from the Chrome Web Store.
How do I report a bug?
Email [email protected] with the bug details, browser, extension version, and a screenshot if available.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes. Send feature ideas by email with the workflow you want improved and why it matters.
Will Byfron/Hyperion affect BetterBLOX?
No. Byfron only affects the Roblox game client, not the website. BetterBLOX works on the website, so it's completely safe and won't be affected.
Why isn't it open source?
We keep it closed source to prevent malicious copies and protect the code. This helps keep everyone safer.
